That's quite a strange phrase when you type out the words. How does one eat one's heart? And what does eating it out entail? Ingesting something runs contrary to this idea. It needs pictures. This is so close to being an awesome page, but it needs pictures. Or at least have the pattern names link through to pictures of the flies.
